Semarang – The Diponegoro University (UNDIP) Graduate School successfully held a free morning exercise and medical check-up on the campus grounds on Friday, September 12, 2025. The event, which began at 7:30 a.m. Western Indonesian Time (WIB), was enthusiastically received by the entire academic community and the Graduate School community.

The event was attended by various parties, including the Dean, Vice Deans, Heads of Study Programs (including the Master of Environmental Science (MIL) Program), lecturers, educational staff, managers, students, and members of the Graduate School’s Dharma Wanita (Women’s Association). The spirit of togetherness was evident throughout the event.

The event began with a group morning exercise to maintain physical health. After exercising, participants were able to immediately take advantage of the free health check-up facilities provided. The comprehensive range of tests included blood pressure, blood sugar, EKG, eye tests, and consultations with ophthalmologists and internal medicine specialists. The photos show Master of Environmental Science (MIL) students lining up and consulting with doctors, demonstrating their awareness of the importance of maintaining good health.

In his remarks, the Dean of the Graduate School stated that this event represents the campus’ commitment to promoting a healthy lifestyle, strengthening togetherness, and maintaining stamina so that the entire academic community remains fit in carrying out daily activities. This event is expected to be a trigger for the entire academic community to care more about physical and mental health. The spirit of togetherness that is created is also expected to increase productivity and harmony within the UNDIP Graduate School environment.
