Graduation

Starting in 2020, the guidance system and thesis/graduation exams have gone through SSO-SIAP. The decision to pass or not is calculated not based on the time of the thesis exam but when it is finished with revisions and given a score by the examiner team. After completing the revision and it is decided to pass, students register online for graduation through the graduation registration menu on SSO-SIAP (Click here). After completing the online registration, students also complete the graduation requirements by filling out the following online form (Click here).

Graduation Registration Requirements

Submit administrative requirements at the Graduate School, namely as follows:

1. Certificate of Free Administration issued by the Postgraduate School of UNDIP Sub Finance (made collectively by MES);
2. Temporary Graduation Certificate () issued by the Undip Sub-Academic Graduate School;
3. Temporary transcript of the study program signed by the head of the study program;
4. Minutes of Thesis Examination which has been signed by the Examining Team;
5. Certificate of Free Borrowing Books from the library issued by the Postgraduate School of UNDIP;
6. Bachelor”s certificates
7. Submit a passport photo as follows:
   • Black and White size 3×4 = 5 sheets (formal attire);
   • Colored 3×4 = 4 pieces (formal attire);
   • Black and white 4×6 = 2 sheets;
   • Colored 4×6 = 2 sheets (red background).
     *Facing straight ahead, not wearing sunglasses / dark and not veiled. Clothing: PSL (male) and Blazer (female), on the back of the photo, the name and study program are written in pencil.
8. Submit proof of payment of graduation fees;
9. Prospective graduates are required to fill in the Alumni Tracer as one of the graduation requirements (Click here);
10. For tracer studies on the UNDIP Tracer Study website (Click here) (log in using username: Student ID Number, and Password: Student ID Number);
11. Submit 2 hardcopies of theses and softcopy (insert on CD). Two theses were submitted to the library of the UNDIP Postgraduate School and Masters of Environmental Science Program. Students submit an abstract/digest of a thesis in English and Indonesian (1 sheet each). The cover color of the thesis volume is Light Greenish Blue (duck egg);
12. The contents of the Thesis Flashdish/Softcopy contain 1 (one) Word format folder and 1 (one) folder containing pdf files, with the format per chapter:
    • Cover (contains Cover to Abstract Pages)
    • CHAPTER I
    • CHAPTER II
    • CHAPTER III
    • CHAPTER IV
    • CHAPTER V
    • REFERENCES
    • ATTACHMENT
13. Submit hardcopy and softcopy of Publications in National and International Journals/Proceedings to the UNDIP Postgraduate School Library;
14. Submit a donation of 2 books (different titles) input previusly published in the last 5 years and collected at the Sub-Academic Postgraduate School.
15. Photocopy/Scan of Colored Identity Card (KTP) 1 sheet.
16. After being declared graduated through SSO-SIAP, students complete the graduation requirements and upload them at the following link ()

If the above requirements are not met, then the student concerned cannot be included in the graduation and must attend the next graduation period until the requirements are complete.
