Semarang, 30 July 2024* – Diponegoro University (Undip) held another graduation ceremony for its 175th period on Tuesday, 30 July 2024. This event took place at the Muladi Dome, Undip Tembalang Campus, and was attended by hundreds of graduates from various faculties and programs studies, including from the Master of Environmental Science (MIL) Study Program.
In this period, the Master of Environmental Science Study Program graduated seven students who have completed their studies well. Of this number, only one person succeeded in achieving the cum laude title. Reza, the only graduate with cum laude distinction, recorded brilliant achievements with a Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.88 and completed his studies in 2 years and 10 months. This achievement is certainly a matter of pride, both for Reza and for the Master of Environmental Science Study Program.
The graduation ceremony began at 08.00 WIB and was attended by campus officials, lecturers, as well as family and relatives of the graduates who also provided support and congratulations. This graduation is a precious moment for graduates after going through various academic challenges during their studies. After the graduation procession, the graduates will also take part in a debriefing event held at the Undip Postgraduate School in the afternoon. This training is part of a series of graduation events which aim to prepare graduates to face the world of work and the challenges of the future.
By the end of the study period, graduates are expected to be able to make positive contributions in the environmental field, both through professional careers and contributions to society. Undip’s Environmental Science Master’s Study Program continues to be committed to producing graduates who are not only academically superior, but also have a high level of concern for increasingly complex environmental issues in this modern era.
This graduation celebration is a sweet ending to the academic journey of the graduates, as well as opening a new page in their lives. Congratulations to the graduates, especially Reza who has made extraordinary achievements. May success always accompany their future steps in the future.
