Bandungan – The Graduate School of Diponegoro University continues to innovate in improving the quality of education. One of them is by holding a workshop on OBE-based syllabus preparation. The event, which took place over two days, Friday-Saturday (November 22-23, 2024) at Hotel Griya Persada Bandungan, was attended by all lecturers and educational staff from various master’s and doctoral programs at the Graduate School.
The workshop was officially opened by the Dean of the Graduate School, Prof. Ir. Mochamad Agung Wibowo, MM, MSc., PhD. In his speech, he emphasized the importance of implementing OBE to enhance the quality of learning at the graduate level. This activity aims to ensure that each course offered can achieve the established learning objectives.
As a resource person, Dr. Naniek Utami Handayani, S.Si., MT. from LP2MP Undip, provided very useful material related to the OBE concept and the steps for preparing OBE-based RPS. On the second day, the participants presented the results of the RPS preparation for each study program.
With the implementation of OBE, it is expected that graduates of the Undip postgraduate program will have competencies that meet the needs of the job market. In addition, this workshop also serves as a platform for lecturers to share knowledge and experiences in designing effective learning. (workshop materials)
