Semarang – Yohanes Brahmono Emianto, a master of environmental science (MES) student at the Diponegoro University postgraduate school, is currently delving deeper into the problem of groundwater damage in the Pekalongan-Pemalang area. In a proposal seminar that was just held, Yohanes managed to convince the examiners with his research design that focused on the evaluation, mapping, and analysis of damaged zones of groundwater utilization using geospatial modeling.
With excellent results, Yohanes can now continue his research to find solutions to these problems. This research is expected to provide a significant contribution to the management of water resources in the area. This proposal seminar was attended by a team of examiners who are competent in their fields, namely Prof. Dr. Denny Nugroho, MSI, Fahrudin, S.T., M.T., Ph.D., Dr. Muhammad Helmi, SSi, MSi, and Ferry Hermawan, ST., M.T., PhD.
