Thesis Examination Registration

The requirements and procedures for registering for the Thesis Examination are as follows:

  1. Thesis Examination Registration Requirements A minimum TOEFL score of 475 from SEU Undip and others (uploaded, see the TOEFL Requirements and Uploading Instructions in SSO).
  2. A minimum of 14 consultation books or online guidance through SSO-SIAP up to stage 14, namely Approval of Research Results to be Examination, for two supervisors.
  3. International Seminar Certificate as Presenter; or at least one Sinta 2 (two) Journals.
  4. A National Seminar Certificate as Speaker. Proof of thesis approval by the supervisor for examination (SSO screenshot).
  5. Proof of Turnitin Certificate from the Postgraduate Library, maximum 30%.
  6. Proof of tuition payment or Her Registration Form in SSO-SIAP. Minimum 35 credits, supported by transcripts.

Thesis Examination Registration Procedure

  1. Please register for the examination online by filling out the form by clicking “Register for Thesis Examination” and uploading all the documents mentioned above, then downloading the Examination Procedures.
  2. Download and sign the registration form you received via email. Then, send it via email to mil@live.undip.ac.id and WhatsApp for prompt forwarding.
  3. Provide information via WhatsApp regarding the exam schedule (date and time) via WhatsApp.
  4. Notify the Admin that you have registered for the exam via WhatsApp.
  5. Wait for information from the Admin regarding the exam schedule.
  6. Students must submit five copies of the registration requirements and show the original documents by uploading them through the online registration form for verification (five Thesis Draft Documents, including: four for the examiners and one for the archives).
  7. Show the original International Seminar and National Seminar Certificates (show only);
  8. A soft copy of the thesis draft document should be sent via email to mil@live.undip.ac.id and WhatsApp in the form of a smart document* in Microsoft Word and PDF (original document).
  9. This must be received no later than 4 days before the exam schedule. If the deadline is less than 4 days, the student is responsible for submitting it to the examiner in person.The deadline for online Thesis Examination registration is 4 days before the graduation period.
