Semarang, May 9, 2025 – The Master of Environmental Science (MIL) Program of Diponegoro University (UNDIP) received a special visit from the Natural Resources and Environmental Management (PSL) Study Program, Postgraduate School – Bogor Agricultural University (IPB). The arrival of the IPB group, which took place at 14.00 WIB, aimed to strengthen friendship and establish research collaboration within the framework of the Tridharma of Higher Education.
This activity was packaged in the form of a Mini Workshop held in the main meeting room of the UNDIP Postgraduate School, Pleburan Campus. A warm discussion was established between students of the UNDIP Master of Environmental Science Study Program and the SPS-IPB PSL Master of Science Study Program.
From the UNDIP Postgraduate School, the Vice Dean I and Vice Dean II were present, as well as a number of prominent professors and lecturers such as Prof. Dr. Sri Puyono, M.P., Prof. Dr. Hartuti Purnaweni, M.P.A., Prof. Dr. Tri Retnaningsih Soeprobowati, Dr. Muhammad Helmi, S.Si., M.Si., and Dr. Budi Warsito, S.Si., M.Si. Representatives from the Environmental Science Masters Program were represented by Dr. Fuad Muhammad, S.Si., M.Si., along with managers, supervisors, and education staff.
Meanwhile, the group from IPB was led by Prof. Dr. Hadi Susilo Arifin, Ph.D., as Head of the Natural Resources Management Study Program, and Prof. Dr. Efi Yuliati Yovi, S.Hut, M.Life.Env.Sc. A total of 76 students who were taking field courses participated in this visit.
On that occasion, the IPB representative explained that the Natural Resources and Environmental Management Study Program has been around for 50 years, with a doctoral program that was established in 1976.
